How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Youtracktohealth Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Youtracktohealth Septic
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Youtracktohealth Septic cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@youtracktohealth.bar and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and send you a reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
